Project Backyard

In recent weeks I have decided that I need to have something to do while the kids are in the yard playing. I love playing with them but it is also good for me to get my hands, body and mind doing something besides playing so I have decided to start working on our backyard. Gardening has never been a priority for me but I have found a new love for it and here are a few pictures to show what I have been up to.

This is Lucas and Scott’s garden. They planted the flowers from bulbs in early spring as well as the juniper (Christmas tree) and other plants. I decided to frame it with some tree branches that fell from our cottonwood tree.
