Scared and excited

So over the weekend, I really hit a wall of near panic.  I don’t want this entry to come off sounding upset or disappointed because I am really excited about our little one.  I am just scared.  What in the world do I know of raising another human being? Even as I write this I have to concentrate on not crying and taking one deep breath at a time.  Your prayers would be greatly appreciated.

    It’s going to come perfectly natural Nessa. It’s not like a cat learns or prepares for taking care of it’s babies and they know how… You have already made good mothering decisions. You have a good home and a good father for the baby, for heaven’s sake you swithced to decaf!!!! You’ve got good examples to look to on both sides of your family. I mean… you realize you’re mother is the number one care taker ever, right??? Even before you got pregnant I was telling people how good of a mother AND father you two will be. There is no question in my mind, you are more prepared than I’de guess 70% of woman who have babies. Of course you’re going to be scared but no one else is questioning your ability to raise this baby!!!! You’re going to be great!
